Data processing agreement (DPA) for clients
Draft. For now this page only states the facts about data processing. The binding legal wording of the agreement will be added.
Roles
The shop (client) is the controller of its visitors' data and Keliqo is the processor. Processing takes place only to run the assistant on the client's website.
What data we process
- The content of conversations is not stored. Visitors' messages are only passed to the language model so that it can produce an answer.
- Only unanswered questions are stored: the text without an IP address or visitor identifier, with contact details (email, phone) removed automatically (other personal data may remain in the text), kept for a period that depends on the plan (Free and trial 30 days, Start 60, Pro 90, Business 120). The client can turn storage off in the portal, which deletes the stored questions, and can delete individual questions.
- A handoff to a person is sent by email directly to the client and Keliqo does not store it.
- Aggregate daily counts (without any data about visitors) are kept for the client's statistics.
Subprocessors and location
- Anthropic: processing of questions by the language model.
- Hostinger: server (VPS); the data center location will be added once verified.
- Stripe: client payments.
- MailNotify (Azure): sending emails, including the handoff to a person.
